Once you subscribe, we’ll set you up with your own Trello board within about an hour. From there, you can start submitting requests immediately. Instructions for using the board are included, so you’ll know exactly how to request tasks.
Flarespots is a team of experienced Shopify developers and designers. You’ll be working with a dedicated project manager who will coordinate your requests and ensure everything is completed on time.
Nope! You can add as many Shopify development requests to your queue as you like. We will work on them one at a time.
Bigger builds, such as full theme development, store migrations, or advanced custom features, will be broken into smaller deliverables. You’ll receive progress every 24–48 hours until the full project is complete.
Yes! Design requests for Shopify (landing pages, product layouts, etc.) are treated just like development tasks.
All requests are submitted through your Trello board. You can write them directly in Trello, attach docs, upload wireframes, or even share a Loom video. If it can be linked or shared in Trello, it works.
Refunds are available within the first week of service if no work has been completed. After that, refunds aren’t available.
